The Modern Movement Towards the Future that will take place September 6-9, 2016, at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, Lisbon, Portugal. docomomo International had an excellent response to the Call for Sessions. Francisco Castro Rodrigues was a Portuguese architect that went to work in Angola in 1953, where he was responsible for transforming Lobito into a modern city, from the urbanism scale to the urban equipment. The Protocol was formalized on 30 April 2015, in Casa da Arquitectura, Porto, Portugal.
