CICA Tribute to Álvaro Siza

European Commission and Europa Nostra announce Europe’s top heritage award winners 2021

Docomomo International is pleased to share that the winners of the 2021 European Heritage Awards / Europa Nostra Awards, were announced last 23rd September 2021 and celebrated with a high-profile ceremony held at the headquarters of the Giorgio Cini Foundation in Venice. “During the ceremony, the four Grand Prix laureates and the Public Choice Award winner, selected from among this year’s 24 winning achievements from 18 European countries, were announced. Call for Nominations: 2021 World Monuments Fund/Knoll Modernism Prize

Docomomo International is pleased to inform that World Monuments Fund is inviting nominations for the 2021 World Monuments Fund/Knoll Modernism Prize. The Prize will be awarded to architects or preservationists who have implemented an innovative intervention that preserved and saved a threatened modern building or complex. Nominated projects must have been completed in the last ten years and must have faced challenges or threats that affected the site before the project implementation.
