Docomomo Venezuela together with the embassy of Germany in Caracas, on the occasion of celebrations of the Bauhaus centenary, have organized an event on the 4th of July: “Bauhaus100: una celebración. Guided Tour: Convent Clarissenklooster / Visit: exhibition “Destruction and reconstruction. Ostend 1944-1958”

Saturday, July 06 at 13:45 Docomomo Belgium organizes a guided tour of the Convent Clarissenklooster (Paul Felix, 1957-1965) by architect Marc Felix and Zsuzsanna Böröcz; and, at 16:30, a visit with the curator Marc Dubois to the exhibition “Destruction and reconstruction. Ostend 1944-1958”. Course: FIVE PROJECTS ON THE “MODERN”

Docomomo Italia announced the launch of a new on-line architecture portal Atlante Architettura Contemporanea. Italy told through architectures, created with the Department of Architecture and Project of La Sapienza University. This portal is intended to share knowledge of Italian post-war modern architecture, gathered through the course of a large-scale survey promoted by La Direzione Generale Arte e Architettura contemporanee e Periferie urbane (DGAAP).
