EFAITH is working hard to turn the industrial heritage campaign of the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 into a success: the theme months, the cross-border initiatives and the twinning program. From September onwards the focus will be on promoting cross-border cooperation and twinning between associations. There is still one theme month announced: October, will be devoted to adaptive re-use of industrial buildings, to promote and present good practices of giving a new life to old industrial buildings – respecting their heritage and image.
