The working parties that have submitted at least 30 fiches and the information of at least 50 buildings for MOMOVE (Docomomo Virtual Exhibition – http://exhibition.docomomo.com/), can consider this part of their homework fulfilled. However, we strongly advise the inclusion of the 100 buildings in MOMOVE, and to reach 50 fiches. Below you will find the Guidelines for the 2017-2018 Homework, in order to have voting rights in the 2018 Assembly.

Working Parties that already have submitted Documentation Fiches and uploaded the buildings in MOMOVE:

A plan for new documentation homework has been approved in the last Council Meeting, September 6th, 2016 (Lisbon, Portugal), proposed by the ISC/Registers. With the aim of moving forward to the documentation of conservation good practices, Docomomo Working Parties (WP) have to submit:

(a) 1 yearly fiche on an example of Good Conservation Practice. Download the provisory template here: link.
(b) A bibliography with 5-10 publications (books or articles) on Modern Movement of each country, to put it online. Each item of the bibliography should be accompanied by a photo of the book cover, or of the article´s front page.

New Working Parties and Working Parties that have not yet submitted Documentation Fiches:

The new WP and the WP that not yet accomplished previous Documentation Fiches homework, must comply with the submission of:

(a) At least 30 Documentation Fiches, minimum or full. Download the template here: link.
(b) The information of at least 50 buildings for MOMOVE (Docomomo Virtual Exhibition – http://exhibition.docomomo.com). Please download the guidelines here: link.

In addition it is necessary to participate in:

The submission of the Homework for 2017-2018 must be sent to Louise Noelle (louisenoelle@gmail.com), Chair of ISC/Registers, with a copy to Docomomo International (docomomo@tecnico.ulisboa.pt) by June 30th, 2018.
