On 2nd November, took place, in Tokyo, a meeting of docomomo International, together with docomomo Japan and the ASEAN representatives, part of the mASEANa Project, that have participated in the Round Table and Colloquium “Conservation Action Priorities for Twentieth Century Heritage. Sharing experience of ASEAN Countries and Japan”.
The Chair of docomomo International, Prof. Ana Tostões, presented successful cases of conservation and rehabilitation of Modern Movement heritage, worldwide.
The chair and the vice-chair of docomomo Switzerland, Prof. Franz Graf and Prof. Giulia Marino, acted, also representing the TSAM-EPFL laboratory, in order to share the successful rehabilitation experience conducted in Lignon, Genève, followed by a very meaningful roundtable about conservation strategies on modern heritage monuments and sites in south-east Asia.
