The applications for the 2019´s year edition of the Nuno Teotónio Pereira Prize, awarded by the Instituto da Habitação e da Reabilitação Urbana [Institute of Housing and Urban Rehabilitation], are open. The Prize is considered the oldest prestigious distinction in the housing sector and is divided into two segments: Urban Rehabilitation and Scientific Production Work.

The ​​Urban Rehabilitation segment is structured in four categories:
Residential building rehabilitation;
Equipment building rehabilitation;
Urban rehabilitation;
Public space rehabilitation or requalification.

The Scientific Production Work segment is structured in two categories:
PhD thesis;
Master Thesis.

Applications will be open until May 31st and must be instructed through the forms available in the Housing Portal website.
