The 18th International Docomomo Conference will take place in Santiago, Chile, hosted by Docomomo Chile,  between the 10th and the 14th December 2024, under the theme "Modern Futures: Sustainable Development and Cultural Diversity". The hosting institution will be Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. The student workshop, taking place between the 4th and 10th December 2024 Conservation in Practice: Modern Heritage and Adaptive Reuse will revolve around a case study selected among the housing complexes built in Chile in the 20th century, and their possibilities of architectural intervention.
