Docomomo International is trilled to share that the Centre for Sustainable Asian Cities (CSAC) of the School of Design and Environment, NUS, and the Docomomo Singapore are co-organizing a half-day research seminar on “A Framework for Rejuvenating Large Modernist Structures/Sites”, on 16th November 2021.
“In the seminar, the research team will share the insights from the research project titled Developing a Decision-Support Tool for the conservation of significant post-independence buildings in Singapore (under Heritage Research Grant by National Heritage Board). Following, four overseas speakers will also share an exemplary case study from their context: REXKL in Kuala Lumpur (Mr Shin Tseng), Sewoon Sangga in Seoul (Dr Chaewon Ahn), and Haus der Statistik in Berlin (Mr Konrad Braun & Mr Manfred Kühne). And a panel discussion moderated by Dr Lai Choo Malone-Lee.
